WEIGH IN
There will be a designated area with a sign to help you locate the scale. You can weigh in upon arrival or before your first match. Athletes who have not weighed in will not be able to compete. Athletes competing with Gi and NoGi will weigh in only with the Gi if the weight categories are the same in both divisions. NoGi, only competitors should weigh in before competing.
- The weigh-in station will be available as soon as the doors open
- Athletes must weigh in with Gi and belt on. We will allow two pounds.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Matches may start 45-60 minutes in advance. Athletes should be in the warm-up area 45-60 minutes before their assigned division time on the schedule.
• Always having an official government photo ID is mandatory.
• The official weight measurements of this event are in POUNDS.
• Competitors that don't make weight before the first match are automatically disqualified (We will allow a 2lb tolerance); contact us to receive a credit coupon for our next event in case you don't make weight.
There are no last-minute changes. We cannot alter brackets that have already been published online.
Credit for any future event will be issued if the athlete exceeds the weight limit.
• Females are required to wear a rash guard or a sports bra. T-shirts under the GI for females are NOT allowed.
• Males competing in Gi can not wear rash-guard or groin protection.
• Athletes who place 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in their division will receive a medal at the event. All the medals should be picked up at the event's podium.
• Any false information provided during registration, such as, but not limited to, DOB, Team Association, and Belt Ranking, may lead to immediate disqualification. Such actions are subject to suspension or even banishment from future GAMAN events.

SPECTATORS & COACHES
- Spectators' admission is $20 per person above 12 years old, paid at the door in cash only.
- We allow one free admission per team coach only. Teams with more than 15 competitors can bring two coaches.
